Questions for Parents & Students involved with Formals, Debs, Graduations

[+] How do I view the images taken on the night?

All images from the event will be uploaded on our password protected website for your viewing and ordering. A card with your password will be available from the photographers on the night.

[+] I’ve lost my web password, what should I do?

Call our customer service department on 1300 677 000 or email us at and we will assist you upon your request to access your images online.

[+] I can’t seem to find some of the images I remember being taken of me on the night?

If there is an excessive range of photographs missing from our online website, please contact our customer service department and we will assist in retracing these images for you.

[+] I can’t pay on photo day. What should I do?

Post the envelope with payment enclosed to PO Box 3001, North Burnley VIC 3121. Note that delayed payments may result in your child receiving their photographs on a later date than other students.

[+] What methods of payments do you accept?

We accept: Cash, Money Orders, Cheque, VISA and MASTERCARD. *Please note that we do not accept AMEX or BPAY.

[+] How long will my images be available online for?

It’s important to note that images are only available online for a limited period of time. If you miss this deadline and still want to order, contact our office.

[+] Do you offer refunds?

National Photography has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We can provide you with a full refund for all returned photographs.



Questions for The School, Club, Organisation or Client


[+] Do you charge an attendance fee?

No, we do not charge an attendance fee.

[+] What time will the photographers arrive at the event?

If you have arranged for National Photography to photograph the arrival of guests, our photographers will need access to the venue 90 minutes prior. However, in all other circumstances, one hour will be required for set up.

[+] How much space will the photographers need?

We have a number of studio solutions that allow us to cater for most space requirements, but the minimum requirement is 5 x 7 meters for each set up.

[+] When will the photos taken at the event be available for viewing?

The images will be available for viewing within 2-3 business days of your event, on our password-protected website. Password and website details will be available on the night from the photographers.

[+] Can you photograph large groups?

Yes we can. Our studio backdrops accommodate for groups of up to 15 students. For groups exceeding this, we can simply find an alternative location within the venue to photograph them. Please call our photography department on 1300 677 000 to discuss your requirements.

[+] Can I use an image for a website, publication or any other commercial use?

National Event Photography can offer very reasonable prices for commercial use or publication of our images. Please contact the office for further details. *CONDITIONS APPLY

[+] Is National Photography insured?

Public liability covers $10 million. AS3760:2003 compliant

[+] Have your photographers had a police check?

Yes, it is a requirement that all our staff have current ‘Working with Children’ accreditation.

Just a note to say thank you to yourself, Peter and all the staff at National Photography.

 Over the many years that we have been dealing with National everyone has always been extremely professional and accommodating of our requirements.  There are many events during a school year Deb Balls, Award Ceremonies, Graduations etc. all of these have been captured by your staff and we could not be happier with the results.  Nothing is every too much trouble. The quality of the photos that you provide to our parents is fantastic, they love the presentation of them and in fact we have many who contact us to find out exact delivery dates etc. as they want to use the photos for gifts for Grandparents etc.  

 One event that our Year 12 students always look forward to is the Year 12 Group Photo Day - organising 220+ students in 40 minutes for one photo is not an easy task but your staff have always achieved the impossible - 220+ smiling students arranged in ways that amazes me every year.  Thank you it is a great memento of their 13 years of school.

 Your suggestion a couple of years ago of incorporating a flat fee into our school fees for photos was such a fantastic idea and all our parents are delighted that this in place.  Not only does this ensure that every student can receive their photos (no matter what their family financial situation at the time) but it really helps our staff not having to collect the money from the students and it frees them up at the busy start of the year to do what they are employed to do - teach the students.

 The recent decision by our Parents and Friends Association to book National as our Debutante Ball Photographer is another testament to how highly parents regard the product you provide.  Having used a local company for more than 25 years, it was a big decision for the Association to make, however they all agreed the quality of your work, the affordability and your professional staff made the decision easier for them.
